Imperial Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1997 to service the financial investment community. We have grown through the mini computer, personal computer and web evolution. Our team is a group of highly experienced technologists who are well versed in both current software technologies and business development.

PK Shiu
A twenty-year-plus technologist, PK has built many industry leading applications in the U.S. Financial and Market Data industries. He has built and managed global development teams and deployed applications in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. A typical multi-rooted Hong Kong native, he lived and worked in Asia, Europe and America. He has a Comp Sci from Imperial in London as well as an MBA from Boston.
Karen Kulon
Karen has twenty-plus years of experience working in the financial industry, including many years at Fidelity Investments. Most recently she designed and deployed web based applications for the Independent Financial Advisor market in Germany and Japan. She has experience in developing and deploying electronic trading applications.
